Wawan Santoso joined Iman Sjahputra & Partners in 2001 and has over 25 years of experience in Indonesian and international legal practice. His practice covers litigation, dispute resolution. intellectual property, bankruptcy, competition law, and general civil and criminal advisory and proceedings.

Wawan plays a central role in the firm’s contentious practice, regularly handling enforcement actions, Commercial Court proceedings, and complex trademark disputes alongside the firm’s IP partners.

He holds a Master of Laws from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Law from Universitas Trisakti. He is fluent in Indonesian and English. Wawan is recognised in WTR 1000 in the Enforcement & Litigation category.
